Re: Anova Precision Cooker - cjs - 02-02-2016 Just talked to Dave - "141° for 18 min. and definitely shell off" there you go - anxious to hear!!! Re: Anova Precision Cooker - BarbaraS - 02-02-2016 Thank you Righty!! Barbara Re: Anova Precision Cooker - cjs - 02-03-2016 and he said 1 T butter (or more) per tail plus a little salt and this seasoned butter will be your dipping sauce. You're welcome and I'm so anxious to hear how they turn out. Re: Anova Precision Cooker - Harborwitch - 02-04-2016 Oh d@mn it! First time on here in a long long time and I'm in trouble! I need to get my on line store setup and get some stuff sold because I have to have this toy. We just went through 10 days of he!! installing a new faucet An $89 faucet required a new sink . . . which required adaptations to the countertop. We saved enough money on the sink that Bob has promised me a new SS stove top this summer along with a little dressing up for the "kitchen". I wonder if I could justify the Anova instead? Re: Anova Precision Cooker - cjs - 02-04-2016 Why not!! Re: Anova Precision Cooker - Harborwitch - 02-04-2016 We really really need a new stove top. But . . . I could take the Anova with us wherever we go. Maybe it'll be a better summer - we are ready for it! Re: Anova Precision Cooker - Gourmet_Mom - 02-04-2016 Welcome back, Sharon! Re: Anova Precision Cooker - Harborwitch - 02-04-2016 Thanks Daphne. I've missed you all. Re: Anova Precision Cooker - BarbaraS - 02-04-2016 Sharon!! Good to see you back!! Is this where we play, "Where in the World are Sharon and Bob?"? Barbara Re: Anova Precision Cooker - Harborwitch - 02-04-2016 We're still in Washington at the golf course. Dull as ever. LOL |
