Thursday's Dinner, 2/11/16?? - cjs - 02-11-2016 What's on the menu for everyone today?? I'm repeating a pork roast I did a couple years ago which was so good. And, an interesting method of roasting. I had to watch him like a hawk to keep him from cruising through the kitchen and sneaking some out of the pan! I couldn't get it packaged and put away fast enough! LOL! Might make the rolls from The Banh Mi Handbook and turn it into my own sort of banh mi sandwich. If you like the restaurant style, you may want to try the soup Karyn posted a week or so ago. It's pretty good and very similar to the OG version.
