Blane, or anybody, where is this recipe? I did a search in the library, but I got nothing.

Daphne, the recipe is in the Cuisine for Two Vol 2 cook book.
Here's a copy/paste. I've made this 96 times in the last 6 years.
Sauté steaks in oil in a nonstick
skillet over medium-high heat for
3 minutes per side. Remove from
heat; let steaks rest for 3 minutes.
Add 2 Tbsp. minced shallots to skillet; sauté
about 1 minute. Add 1/4 cup balsamic
vinegar; cook until liquid is
reduced by half, about 1 minute.
Pour sauce over steak; garnish with
blue cheese.
