We are supposed to have French Dips today, but William worked late yesterday and has put off going in to work. So if he doesn't go to Southport, I won't get the roast beef. But I have a backup plan. We'll see.

Susan, we really like the sandwich. William doesn't give many reviews more than an 8, but he gave this a 9+. The sauce really makes it! I think Blane has made it several times.

Grilled sausage and pepper sandwiches. We get the sausage from an Italian restaurant in Newport Beach and they put small dices of goat cheese in it. Very good and somewhat unique.

Susan, the Bistecca sandwich is delicious! You will not be disappointed.
Todays dinner is the Bistecca Steak Sandwich with roasted pepper mayonnaise.
