Whats wrong with plain old Scotch, no water, no ice.

What's wrong is that there are so many tasty tempting cocktails and so few weekends. Maybe we should start the weekend on Wednesday.
Gollum: "We wants to have cocktails and appys." " No No we'll spoil our dinner, we'll be hung over for work."
"BUT we WANTsss them!!!"

Love a good Mojito!! Scotch & soda/Scotch & water is my winter drink of choice (after wine...), but in the summer it's fun to have something different and refreshing.

If I drink scotch, give me a nice single malt on the rocks (a very small one please ). I'm a cheap date

Vermouth in a big glass of lemonade and ice is good in the summer.

Here's our latest "dietetic" versions. One can ice cold, SunKist diet orange soda, double shot vodka. And another, tall glass diet lemon/lime soda one shot vodka, one shot peach shnapps, ice. Haven't tried it yet, but it just occured to me to garnish with a mint sprig
