Iron Chef Gauntlet - Cubangirl - 04-17-2017
I really enjoyed this iteration of Iron Chef. Alton Brown is great as usual (he is the Chairman) and the premise is interesting. One main challenge and a mystery ingredient challenge between the bottom chef in the first and another chef to determine who goes home. The contestants are all executive chefs which include one of my faves Top Chef winner Stephanie Izard. Anyone else see this?
PS, I am also loving Master Chef Junior as usual. The chef's are amazing. They've had to make French Macarons and Beef Wellington, at age 9!

We've always also watched both of these shows and I'm so glad Iron Chef is back. Not that big of an Alton fan, but I watch around him.
I'm certainly rooting for Chef Stephanie again!!

I watched it down to the elimination of the two so called "worst" candidates. Had to leave . Good show, and Alton Brown was elusive , as always.
