I made ours this afternoon for a late lunch since we were going out tonight. Turned out so well that I'll probably repeat it again tomorrow.

When we set this up I had no idea what was going to happen this week! I have technically done the project - but it's not what I wanted.
The rest of this week meals are going to be really haphazard since I'm packing up most of the loose kitchen stuff!
I can't wait to get this done and over with!

Well . . . not really. Sort of! No almonds, no bacon and I used rice.
I didn't want to open a pkg of bacon to sit for days or open the brand new bag of almonds. LOL Excuses! Jean would send me to my room.
