I ended up making a favorite. Southwestern tenderloin steak with Chipotle mashed potatoes.

Bob got to pick, so it was Pasta with a red sauce. Ground beef and home made Italian sausage with lots of herbs from the garden. I made a zucchini gratin to go along with it.
