Phew, I was going to holler at you for getting the new issue before I did...you mean the one on their website. Oooh yeah. That's about how I have my pork loin chops cut, but without the bone.

That would be PERFECT for one of our meals with our present weather---by the time mine arrives we will be in the midst of our summer!!! (or close to it anyway) I'm WHINING!!!
