Ok I finally remembered to take a few pics last night.
Here is my partner Scott and I. We're whipping up a batch of Bolognese sauce.

And this is the beginnings of my French Onion soup...which I nailed I might add
Chef Rorschach gives instruction to one of the students (Chris). This lady is intense! Her passion for food and more importantly her passion for the students to learn is incredible!

Very tired but lovingg every minute of it! A lot of time I don't even feel like I'm learning till the next day because we move at such a fast pace during the evening. So the next morning I'm like "Oh ok...so that's why we did that." or "Now I understand she said X..."If anyone is looking for me I'll be the one asleep at my desk.

What great pictures...the Onion soup looks great - will it be served Gratinee (with Gruyere/Swiss cheese crouton-for those uninitiated)

Great Pix Denise!!! I am soooo enjoying this lesson by lesson with you on the blog too. Every nite I call Jamie over to the PC and we read the next chapter. I didn't even know what a tourneau knife was. Gosh I wish it was me
