I had to have another allergy shot the other day, and once again it went all crazy on me...haven't been feeling well at all. I mentioned to DH and DS that I didn't even feel like going to the grocery store or the bookstore.
Well today I get a call from DS that he wants to treat me to dinner...is it okay to stop over with the goodies.
"Well sure!" So he pulls up here with a dozen of the most beautiful red roses, dinner from our favorite Thai restaurant, and 5 (count 'em now) cooking magazines...one of which is the Splendid Soups and Spectacular Sides issue.
My "baby" loves me!!

Thanks, Y'all...he is a sweet young man! And yes, Billy, it did lift me up.
But I know, deep down, he is excited with anticipation knowing he will be one of my recipe testers!

Ok that had to be one of the nicest things I've read today
He gets major brownie points!! (of course he'll hope you make him some brownies teehee) But that was so major sweet of him.

He would probably do the same for you!! He really is a sweet soul and so is his girlfriend! Great folks to be around...I am one lucky gal.
