I have a couple of people coming at 1.30pm to talk about bbq for 70-80. They want a menu for it, I want a price indication, they can have 1/2 quails and skewer benders if they want. Oyster souffles and scollopes in pancetta, whole eye filets and lamb lollipops. But not for $25. Re: Come out and play... - DFen911 - 10-13-2006 I'm here! Re: Come out and play... - vannin - 10-14-2006 hahahahahahahahaha Jan, you are pretty funny too.......... Re: Come out and play... - DFen911 - 10-15-2006 Lol Jan! Well I can say the beef was great!! We did rib eyes and fresh ground ribeyes for hamburgers. I learn a new trick for burgers and I recommend it to all - take the buns, put the mayo on the buns and then put them into a cast iron skillet and brown them. We had done some bacon first in the skillet and holy cow this made such a big difference in the flavor. Meat class is great! We eat very well |
