CAT recommended the Cuisinart 12" non-stick skillet and since I was here and needed new non-stick skillets, I went down to Linens "N" Things to check them out, lo and behold they had them. CAH said about $24.99, these were $29.99 with a $10 rebate, so I bought two! These are "Quantanium Non-Stick Interiors, Titanium reinforced nonstick cooking surface for healthy cooking, lasting food release and easy cleaning. Metal utensil safe." Looks like an excellent buy.

I now have 4 of those skillets in my possession, 2 for me and 2 for friends. The rebate has to be postmarked no later than tomorrow.
