triple coconut cake - starchy - 03-08-2007
Hi, in the April 2007 issue, on page 49, the holepuncher made a hole where the quantity of coconut is supposed to show. Does anyone know how many cups of coconut I'm supposed to use? I'd appreciate some help thanks!

Lol, I have a favorite coconut cake from another chef but I'll definately give this a try with your critique.
