Gawd Awful Potluck Recipes - HomeCulinarian - 05-29-2007
My sister hosted a graduation party for her son and he insisted that she make a concoction that I've never heard of... Cheesy Macaroni Corn.
Now to her defense, she is a marvelous cook, but this is apparently a farmboy football player dream dish... It contains a can of corn (with liquid), can of creamed corn, elbow macaroni, stick of margarine and Velveeta cheese. Mix this up and bake.
Thought it might be fun to share your nightmare potluck encounters here as picnic season is upon us.

I live in dread of gorgeous looking salsa that is a million % corianda, don't like it at all, in spite of its really nice appearance.
PS Edit to add my dread of wet sandwiches.

A can of chili in a styrofoam container at an Asian pot luck - the "provider" said it was Formosan stew!
