Your Roast Chicken with Ginger recipe is my new favorite recipe! This is so tasty, I don't know how I'm going to keep my hands off of it until dinner. I actually took pork chops out for Ron because I thought he might say,
"What! chicken again???!!!" Now, I'm going to be awfully surprised if he doesn't want it. Yummy!

Ya cooked it huh? We all really enjoyed it too; but, it still isn't a 10 like the Parmesan Chicken Roulades. I'd give it an 8. Still it was easy to make and tasty.
