Food safety question - BonnieAZ - 09-02-2007 I have a nice piece of Reggiano Parmesan that I accidently left out overnight. Should I toss it? The AC was on and it was about 78 in the kitchen. It seems that things like this are happen too often! Thanks for any help. Bonnie Re: Food safety question - Roxanne 21 - 09-02-2007 No need to toss---just put back in fridge and all is good to go!!! Don't cha just LOVE parmesan?? WAY too expensive to throw out---cheese ages well....IMHO! Re: Food safety question - BonnieAZ - 09-02-2007 Thanks Roxanne! You just saved me some $$. I have a food safety question, too - lxxf - 09-02-2007 what if you are visiting and the host sneezes into the fridge? This is not a trick question - happened over the weekend. Re: I have a food safety question, too - bjcotton - 09-02-2007 I would suddenly lose my appetite and wonder how many times it had happened before. Re: Food safety question - Mare749 - 09-02-2007 That is a good one Labradors. Thanks! |
