Shrimp Risotto with chive gremolata - Issue 57 - HomeCulinarian - 10-11-2007
We made the Shrimp Risotto with Chive Gremolata from Issue #57 tonight. I did a search on the posts and don't find it mentioned previously by anyone.
It is an excellent recipe. We didn't make any alterations and definitely plan to make it again. Usually risotto is an accompanianment, but this was a nice main course for us. It was not so rich as some of the other risotto recipes probably because it only called for 2 T of parmesan. The Chive and Bacon Gremolata was a very nice addition.

hmmmm, don't remember this one at all - sounds like something we'd like. Thanks for the review, will go take a look.
