Can I use Eggbeaters? - bjcotton - 10-17-2007

To make a souffle? My friend can't have any egg yolks and wants to make a souffle, but I don't know if we can NOT have yolks and make a souffle.

I HATE COMPUTERS!!!!!!

I just typed a long rambling msg to you and forgot to copy before I hit continue and lost the whole darn thing. So here's the link and maybe I'll retype what else I said later - it's a recipe for a yolkless souffle....

http://books.google.com/books?id=jst-nbn...Ygp8-nIe6TApGN4

I do not have the patience God gave a goat!! Billy, that doesn't seem to want to take you where it took me, so just google "yolkless souffle" and it will take you to the recipe to see the method. G.D. computers...
