Potato Cakes w/Cheddar Cheese - bjcotton - 01-01-2008
Gotta request for all of you. I have the recipe for Potato Cakes w/Zucchini & Onion from CAH, but my niece is looking for one that you can stuff cheese between two layers of potato cakes. Anyone got a good one? Appreciate the help.

I used to do this with mashed potato patties stuffed with cheese (sometimes mixed with a little sausage), but don't see why you couldn't use shredded. Wait, you didn't say for shredded tatoes, did you...mashed potatoes work great.
Either small cubes of cheese or shredded.

She was going to mix shredded and mixed Jean.
