"Chocolate Flavor without Guilt or Calories." - HomeCulinarian - 01-22-2008 I receive the announcements for research funding opportunties and I sure hope some scientist solves this problem in my lifetime! Client 1, a global consumer products company, invites proposals for non-fat flavor carrying bio-materials that liquefy in the mouth. More information is available in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document online at http://www.ninesigma.com/mx/50633-T edit - I think I fixed the link. The link doesn't work properly...you just get into the site with an error message. Re: "Chocolate Flavor without Guilt or Calories." - Corinne - 01-22-2008 Have you ever tried DaVinci syrups? I use them for various things, from coffee to oatmeal to crisps. http://www.davincigourmet.com/products/product_details/?productID=40 http://www.davincigourmet.com/products/sugar_free_flavored_syrups/ Re: "Chocolate Flavor without Guilt or Calories." - HomeCulinarian - 01-22-2008 Nope - do you have some TNT recipes that use them? Re: "Chocolate Flavor without Guilt or Calories." - pjcooks - 01-22-2008 OOH, yes, I love DaVinci sugar free syrups! Lucky for me, Walmart is the only one that carries them in the area, 2 min down the road! PJ Re: "Chocolate Flavor without Guilt or Calories." - Corinne - 01-23-2008 I don't have specific recipes that use them. I replace sugar in recipes that I feel they would work well. On the site, there used to be only drink recipes. I'll be interested in checking out the varied recipes that they offer now. http://www.davincigourmet.com/recipes/ |
