Braised Fennel & Carrots Revisited - cjs - 01-29-2008 I had my doubts about this one, carrots are not my favorite thing and while I love oranges, I'm not crazy about them in dishes - savory. But this dish, from the latest issue (#67) is a wonderful combination. I know Sharon & Bob really liked it and I think someone else also, but it must be buried in another thread. I made this more for Roy, but I just loved it also - Sharon got her leftovers, but Roy spoke first, darn. We'll certainly make this again. I love braising things anyway. It is so satisfying and makes the house smell so good.
