Boston Baked Beans - piano226 - 06-14-2008

HI,

I am making a HUGE pot of Boston Baked Beans. Has anybody tried freezing them?

Thanks in advance.

Great, thank you sooooooooo much.
You have a recipe you want to share? I just took mine off the internet.

Thanks

I'll second Jean. Have you ever noticed how many frozen entrees contain beans in one form or another?

When I freeze them in a Food Saver bag, I just pop in hot water to gently reheat, works like a charm. (Read: freeze in unsealed bag, seal, then pop back in the freezer)

Marina, we just had a thread going a couple weeks ago re baked beans and there were some really good ideas posted.
