Do any of you have pet health insurance and if so what would you recommend?

Hi,
We have 5 dogs and 3 of them have pet insurance. I really think it depends on the breed. We have 3 boston terriers and we live in a rural area so they get into stuff all the time. We also have a mix and a border collie and they seem to never get sick. Even just with foxtail issue we have paid our vet insuarance bill many times over the year. One of our bostons got it 4 times last year with two of them in emergency vet clinic at $600 each. Her insurance premium is 23 dollars a month.

What Insurance company dear? I just got one for $71 a month, can't afford that!

but the price depends on the breed and the age of the dog. There are some really sickly breeds and the monthly payments for them are outrageous like english bulldogs.
