Our Charcuterie Platter - cjs - 07-15-2008 It was every bit as good as I had been anticipating - ALL DAY! This is the turkey roasted with honey, I added some of it to the platter also. On the platter w/the roasted duck was - smoked: duck leg/thigh, pork loin chop, a brat, chicken thigh, cornichons, grilled pineapple, potato salad, two mustards, red onion marmalade (my, this is good!) and of course a baquette. What a fun dinner and the bottle of SilverLake '05 Chenin Blanc from the Columbia Valley (Washington) was perfect with every bite!!
