It was every bit as good as I had been anticipating - ALL DAY! This is the turkey roasted with honey, I added some of it to the platter also.

On the platter w/the roasted duck was -
smoked: duck leg/thigh, pork loin chop, a brat, chicken thigh, cornichons, grilled pineapple, potato salad, two mustards, red onion marmalade (my, this is good!) and of course a baquette.

What a fun dinner and the bottle of SilverLake '05 Chenin Blanc from the Columbia Valley (Washington) was perfect with every bite!!

Boy that looks REALLY yummy! William would love the idea of just picking and tasting all the great flavors. I'll share this with him, then tell him you did all the meats in your NEW smoker...LOL! That ought to get him going!

Well, you sure did it well! It's making me very hungry!
What a terrific idea, Jean. We love to eat that way, a little of this, a little of that. What did you drink with that, wine or beer?

That plate is beautiful. I was already hungry and now I'm starving.
