Lorraine's Blueberry Maple Syrup - esgunn - 10-06-2008

Help - I am having my in-laws over for waffles tomorrow and planned on making Lorrain's Blueberry Maple Syrup. Could have sworn I had the recipe, but can't find it anywhere....

Lorraine? Jean? Anyone. PLEASE!

Is this what you wanted Erin?
From Chef Michael Smith, Chef At Home

4 cups of frozen blueberries
1 cup of maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp each of ground nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Continue until reduced by half.
It was in a thread "Lorraine's Recipe for Blueberry Maple sauce, I think
