We have some November B'days coming up -
SDrecipegirl/Lori and emmasmum don't seem to be around anymore, but -
HomeCulinarian/Jeanette - Nov. 7th
Lorraine - Nov. 11th
is coming up.
How about HC choosing a dinner now and then Lorraine (you might be a little past your b'day, Lorraine, but what the heck...)
I feel badly that I haven't done the last two,but I'm back in now. Oh I did make the deconstructed apple pie....

Barbara - and all the other new friends in the neighborhood!! We choose a dinner from Cuisine @Home publications - whatever and however many courses you'd like to choose, appy, entree, side, dessert - and then all of us make the menu or any part of it and after 2 weeks we all review it. This way in the two weeks most of us can work a dish(es) into our menus.
It's arbitrary who chooses the menu, but when it is close to someone's birthday, that person has the option of choosing the menu.
Some of us choose not to do a menu maybe because of time or because we just don't care for the food chosen, but that's o.k. next time maybe you're able to or want to.
Did I forget anything anyone??

Yeah! I love these dinners! I had not had a kitchen for a while (since mid May!) so it will be glorious to participate again!

Laura, you have TWO birthdays!!
That's great for the stuff you can get and the TWO birthday dinners, but getting older twice as fast as the rest of us must surely s#!&!!

I would be happy to make the selection for a Review Dinner for early November. I can work on making a choice tomorrow...
