Has anyone made the Beer Braised Brisket using Apple cider instead of the beer? If so, how did it turn out?

Billy, I can't remember if it was a brisket I used but I have done apple cider braised beef with lots of garlic and onions - that ying and yang of flavors is so good!

I've used apple cider for pork ribs and that was yummy.

Of course it helps! Every little tidbit of information helps expand my knowledge base. When I'm in a dilemma one of these days, that tidbit will float to the top and solve my problem
