Maryann's Birthday Party Menu - Mare749 - 04-19-2009

I decided to jump in and get the party rolling a bit early. Since we haven't heard from Buzz just yet, I'm going to post my menu now and review on April 27. It's an easy one, so hopefully a few more people will join in. If it has already been reviewed, please let me know, as I have a back-up.

Sweet & Sour Scallops

I think I gave a quick review on the sweet & sour (though I didn't use scallops - I did chicken once and pork tenderloin once).

I'll be glad to do it with scallops this time. The granita sounds awesome right now actually - it's about 90 out right now.

OH Maryann, this sounds right up our alley!! I see they have scallops at Aldi now too. I'd love to do the granita, even tho it's not that warm here. YUM
