Dinner Plans - T.G.I.F. 4/24?? - cjs - 04-24-2009
I made extra of the Marinated chix with fresh herb olive oil and roasted potatoes and asparagus from Cuisine for Two, so we'll have leftover chix with some pasta with Bolognese sauce from the freezer.
What are you all up to?

Dinner out with friends after dance class. It's their turn to choose the restaurant and we're going to a tavern in Mahomet that I've never been to before.

Flank Steak -no sure how - probably dragon steak on the grill. And Fred Meyer has Broccoli for 59 Cents a pound, so broccoli.

The 800 lb gorilla is taking my brother and me out to supper at a Sizzler restaurant. All you can eat salad bar, chix wings, onion rings & meatballs.

Per daughter's request, grilling burgers. I am making a citrus salsa to serve on the side. It is very warm today.....most neighbors have air conditioners on.
