We're still eating out of the freezer - found three burritos, so will make slow cook chicken and burritos.

Thinking about BLT's and tomato soup. I've got a nice big tomato sitting on the counter that is finally ripe enough to use. Will probably be using up leftovers for the next few days.

I think my husband is having a late lunch today so I'm making something fairly light - Asian chicken/lettuce wraps.

I am making schnitzel with a salad, but that is as far as my planning has gone. Just had the schnitzel craving and had to go with it.
