Does anyone recall such a recipe? I believe it was an Argentinian meatloaf recipe. It might have been in Cuisine at Home, LCBO Food & Drnk, or Fine Cooking. My brisket is awaiting

Thank you. I found it in LCBO's Food & Drink. It's called Argentianian-style Meat Loaf with Chimichurri Sauce. Let's hope it's good!

I did look in the LCBO site for 'brisket meatloaf' with no luck, but it does help to have the correct name. I'm off to look at it. sounds interesting.
