We found flounder filets and a tuna steak in the freezer well over a year old- sauteed the flounder and grilled the tuna, (hoping to eat one of them!). Both were good!! Always give fish a chance!!

Bill, you should have seen the shape of the puff pastry dough I took out of the freezer this morning. (more about it later - wonderful, easy new dessert!!!) I agree, give things a chance.

Oh, I agree- I pulled some pork tenderloin this morning that has aged gracefullly, I hope, and tomorrow will marinate w/balsamic, and make the lemon, honey and rosemary sauce to go with ((Cuisine for 2, the latest one)

I have grilled a steak that I'd vacuum packed that was 3 years old, tasted and looked fine.

Good for you, Bill. The freese in our fridge to too small for anything to "age gracefully" in.
