I'm making the grilled avacado and shrimp boats from the latest Grilling Book. Also has a corn pesto side. Just sounds really good to me!

I'm going to take a stab at making the clam chowder with bacon bread crumbs from the Splendid Soups book. Garlic bread too.

We are back at gym now - had 1 week off. I am making crock pot lasagna. Will share the recipe if it is good.

I've got chicken breasts thawing. I have some mushrooms I need to use soon and had thought I might make Chicken Saltimboca. But I'm having second thoughts now that I'm home. After the Pork Loin Dips last night, I'm afraid this will be too similar. The dips were very good and the Sandwich Thins were great with them!
