Wednesday Dinner - 10/14 - cjs - 10-14-2009 I've got a real mish mash of things in the frig, so will probably make something from those - a real mystery bag night. What are you all up to? Re: Wednesday Dinner - 10/14 - HomeCulinarian - 10-14-2009 Same as you, Jean. We call it smorgass-borgass. Re: Wednesday Dinner - 10/14 - chef_Tab - 10-14-2009 I seem to keep eating all of the leftovers for lunch and snacks. I am going to make the oven fried chicken along with several veges. It is pretty cold here today so I will be happy to have the oven on. I am not complaining, though, all I have to do is think of Sharon and I know it could be worse. Re: Wednesday Dinner - 10/14 - Trixxee - 10-14-2009 I think I'm going to make chicken fajitas. Easy and not too fattening. Re: Wednesday Dinner - 10/14 - esgunn - 10-14-2009 We are heading to Great Wolf Lodge for a couple of days. Talk to you this weekend. Re: Wednesday Dinner - 10/14 - cjs - 10-14-2009 "Great Wolf Lodge" - doesn't that sound interesting...off to google it. Have fun - everyone must be healthy again!! Re: Wednesday Dinner - 10/14 - Mare749 - 10-14-2009 Quote: Oh, what fun! My grandkiddies had a blast when they went there a few months back. Have a wonderful time, Erin and family. Dinner tonight is oven-fried chicken breasts and creamy zucchini casserole, which is basically a veggie stuffing. Re: Wednesday Dinner - 10/14 - smschwag - 10-14-2009 I finally can add to a thread like this, although none of the recipes are from C@H. My grand daughter is coming for dinner. (She comes every Wednesday.) I'm having BBQ chicken; Cole Slaw; Roasted White and Sweet potatos, carrots, onions and peppers; and Pumpkin Pie for dessert. Re: Wednesday Dinner - 10/14 - chef_Tab - 10-14-2009 Maryann, the zucchini casserole has my curiousity peaked! Tell me more.
