Pork Shoulder Question - Gourmet_Mom - 10-31-2009

I know that a pork shoulder would be more tender in the Winter Stew for Lorraine's Dinner Review, but I've already got 2 small loin roasts in the freezer. Would I regret using the loin and not using the shoulder?

No, I used a chunk of loin and a couple chops in mine - didn't have the other.

Thanks, Jean. I figured since I had mentioned using this in one of the dinner threads recently...and you've already made it, you would have told me. Just wanted to be sure before I go to the store.
