Everyone around here wants to see how the heck grilling pizza works, so we're having a big pizza party - even Tracie's boss wants to come see. So, we'll have fun. When I worked at Wolfgang's, I always used to love the barbecued-duck quesadillas they had. Sometimes, I would use some of that duck to make a barbecued-duck pizza for myself.
