I totally forgot. We tried something new this time. Instead of putting the oysters straight on the grill over direct heat, we used the smoker pan as a steamer pan. It worked like a charm!

Good to know, was it easier to hold on to the juices that way? Hmmm, more I think about that the better it sounds. will try it next time we have oysters. Thanks Daphne.

Yes, they were none opened that were dried out....just slurpy, salty yumminess!
