Judging by this past week, there's not MUCH of a life outside of Cuisine... for me, anyway! It just had been a busy one.
Also, I had an accident with the super-sharp Y-peeler while I was rushing to peel a butternut squash. What an person-- rushing and peeling toward my hand. Anyway, I will have to wear a plastic glove of a couple of weeks while doing dishes, or any other similar "wet" things... and typing was difficult for a few days.
Now to look at that salad recipe! Thanks for missing me, guys. That was nice.

See, now that's what I was afraid of! I'm sorry your absence was painful...again! At least this time, it's not quite as bad of an injury. Heal quickly! Wearing gloves CAN'T be much fun. Personally, I hate wearing rubber gloves!
