Good morning, all - What's for dinner today??
I'm brining a chunk of pork, but I don't know what I'll do with it yet. Was able to bring home a tad of the pineapple crisp, so have dessert ready.

Pulled the last of Tony's meat sauce from the freezer and we're making stuffed shells. That should enable me to put some back in the freezer. LOL.

We had a drastic change in weather here (cool and rain) so Ron decided he wanted to do the corned beef recipe that he used for St. Patrick's day.

I'm doing a repeat from a dish I made on the road a few months ago - BBQ Spaghetti Tennessee and I'll grill the pork with the Chili (honey/chili powder/lime) Pork Tenderloin recipe from
C@H's Grilling book.

I'm grilling chicken (I hope...thunderstorms are on their way) and serving it with an Italian salsa verde and a grilled potato and arugula salad.
