What's on the menu for everyone today??
I'm going with an old favorite - The Ultimate Chicken sandwich from Issue #33, June '02, page. 11. It's a good, easy one.

Looks yummy, Jean!
We're doing ribs, corn-on-the-cob, and cabbage...either slaw or steamed. I'm leaving that up to William.

That sandwich looks delightful - is it on focaccia?
I am making the breaded chicken with the basil cream sauce tonight. Asparagus and rice pilaf on the side.

yes - focaccia and we sure enjoyed it. It's supposed to be sunny all day, so I'll be able to grill the chicken!!

I'm thinking of doing fish tacos tonight. And, I'm cooking eggs right now for Karyn's pretty pickled eggs.

I've been wanting to make that sandwich forever, maybe this summer on a hot day.
It's either burgers & tots or chicken piccata with asparagus. French dips are a possibility also.

We're going to use some of the chorizo I made last weekend to make tacos tonight.
