What's on everyone's menu for tonight?

Tomorrow is Wednesday with Aunt Marjean and she wants more Meatloaf, so guess we'll have meatloaf sandwiches tonight.

Well, William came through with the surf for my surf and turf in a BIG way yesterday. He called and asked if I wanted fish or what...mentioned fish twice...LOL! I mentioned crab legs or lobster tails. He came home with four crab clusters and a big ol' slab of GROUPER! No way was I going to mix my FAVORITE fish with steak...so that's what's for dinner tonight. I haven't decided for sure how I'm going to prepare it. I'm seriously craving some Sesame Noodles, so there may be an Asian flair. There's also enough GROUPER for TWO dinners, so I'm a very happy cook!

Grocery shopping day, so I'll have dinner waiting for us in the crock pot. Ground Turkey Breast Meatloaf! Haven't decided the sides yet

Yum, Daphne! Sounds like you'll be eating well all week.

We're having the Cajun Halibut with Praline Sauce and Dirty Rice from one of the grilling books. I'm really enjoying cooking fish! I guess I just had to get over my fear.

Salmon burgers on whole wheat buns topped with lettuce and tomatoes, and a side of grilled veggies. Might try that walnut dressing that Vicci posted on her blog. Yummm.

Change of plans, I forgot I had a pkg. of thin chuck steak pcs. (from the disbount bin) thawing that has to be used today. So, we'll keep the meatloaf sandwiches when we get home tomorrow night. (darn, no stopping at the Casino for some really b-a-d food. )

So, we're having a Beef and Red onion stir fry - will have to look where the recipe came from, if there is one, and more Couscous for(late time) dinner tonight

LOL! I had to do a search, but finally figured out what you were talking about. I didn't remember that it was a title for just anybody with 9000 posts. I will say, it will probably take longer than 2 weeks with school starting, though.
