Re: (...)
I used the Pumpkin sung meen recipe for this.
http://www.forums.cuisineathome.com/ubbt...ge=0#Post109906Ingredients100g Pumpkin sung meen dough(see link above for recipe)
50g chopped Seaweed(just get those for making sushi and chopped it up!)
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Method1. Cut dough into long thick strips.
2. Deep fry till golden brown.
3. Mix seaweed with salt
4. Sieve and drain crispies on paper towels.
5. Sprinkle seaweed and salt over crispies while its till hot.
6. Serve this as a nibbles side dish.
NotesA wonderful home made snack. Store uneaten crispies in air tight jars/containers.

Oh, Gina! YUM!
This recipe has so many possibilities! I still can't get over the deep fried idea for the noodles!

Are you offering tickets, Gina? ROAD TRIP!
These are all interesting recipes. Wonder how they'd work with butternut squash. Since we don't have pumpkins, it would have to be the squash or canned pumpkin (the latter of which is imported Libby's and costs more).

Those look yummy. Wouldn't they be nice with a bowl of pumpkin or butternut squash soup?
