What's on the menu for everyone??
We'll be having Karyn's Birthday dinner sans the dessert - been bad too often lately.

I'm heading out to the store now. If I can get some nice scallops, we'll be having Karyn's birthday dinner also!

Should have something in honour of the Royal Wedding, don't you think?
No one has posted for quite a while today, so I'm wondering if I'm the only one without an invitation to the reception!

Probably, but instead we made grinders with an assortment of meats and cheeses from Trader Joe's, and homemade pesto. Yummy!
Kate certainly looked gorgeous, and I hope that their marriage is wonderful for both of them. I'm probably a bit of a party pooper, but I truly believe that a wedding day is the least important day of a marriage. It's how you handle everything after the party that really matters, IMHO....

Last night's dinner didn't happen - but everything is ready tonight - Shepherds pie and a spinach salad. A nice English/Irish thing goin' on.
