From the
C@H Lite book again. The Turkey Tenderloin with cranberry couscous and orange marmalade sauce. This is a wonderful dish!! We gave it a 10. The only change I made was I used toasted pecans instead of walnuts.
The couscous was just wonderful with the orange zest and cranberries, but it's the sauce that really ties the whole dish together. And if you can't find turkey use skinless chicken breasts.
Just delightful.
