What's on the menu for everyone?

I think we're going to have sandwiches using some of the smoked 'mock tenderloin'.

We bought some new grilling stuff at Costco - a basket and a tray type of thing for grilling fish so it's going to be salmon with a lime butter sauce (easy and delicious) and grilled vegetables (red onion, mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini). Not sure what the starch will be - either smashed potatoes or yellow rice.

Oh and did I mention we broke open a bottle of Berringer Zinfandel

Bill, what issue is that from? I've been subscribing for years.

Dinner last night was at Holly and Bob's house. Ron and I made up a pot of sauce and browned up some Italian sausage and took it to their house. Holly made a tossed salad and hot rolls. Katie and Abby made brownies. We all looked at our vacation pictures on their tv.
