I have some brussels sprouts left, so Im making a fettuccine w/B. sprouts, Cranberries & caramelized onion.

Left overs, fighting a chest cold so not feeling much like being creative. Can't wait till turkeys go on sale so I can make some sausages so this cold had better move on quick!

I'm going to post a separate critique on the pasta today - it would be wonderful for working foks - if you like brussels sprouts. It's really tasty.
