So, what's on the menu for everyone today??
Denise got me going on trout, so thawed my last one out and I'll smoke it along with some salmon. Don't know what I'll do with it yet.

I'm also marinating chicken wings in an old Carribbean Jerk seasoning I made a couple years ago, so I'll be smoking tomorrow also.

I think we are having cheeseburgers topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions. And a small iceberg lettuce salad on the side.
Going to head to the store now while it's still only 88 degrees outside (at 10:00am)!

Jean, would that jerk seasoning still be good after two years?

I have some strip steaks resting, with some char-crust seasoning that Ron likes, ready for the grill and a chopped salad to go with. Kind of craving a baked potato, so may add those too.

I roasted some Hatch chiles yesterday so they are waiting to become chiles rellenos. There's steak marinating for carne asada, and I've got some fire roasted salsa to go on rice & beans. This is a dream dinnner.
Oh, and margaritas!
