What's on the menu for everyone today?

We had too much fun exploring yesterday and nibbled/tasted here and there, so will have the grilled flank steak today.

Wow, that's rough, Blane. Hope you have a beautiful day there to relax and have fun.

My in-laws have invited us out to their house for their wonderful stuffed cabbage that they make a few times a year.

So dinner will likely be tomato sandwiches.

I hope you've enjoyed your day off, Blane! You certainly deserve it.

Daphne, those mussels look amazing!!! I'm developing a real appreciation for mussels, but I've never cooked them at home.

Tonight we're having the Spiced Lamb Burger from the July BA. I'm really intrigued because you grill the meat inside the pitas. I'm serving it with tzatziki and leftover chopped green bean salad.

I just made some Naan bread on the grill! Big hit with the neighbor fella.

Then I whipped up a Spinach Coconut Tofu Curry over some rice. Perfect.
