Time, it is flying by - Feb. already??? What's on the menu for everyone today??
I have a beautiful catfish filet and ran across a Sweet & Spicy sauce for catfish, so I'll slather a little of it. I made the sauce yesterday and it's quite tasty.

We are trying to decide. I'd like to have what Blane had last night!

Still mulling it over. Maybe this, but subbing cabbage for spinach. I made it once and it was delicious.

Without your reviewing it, Trixxee - I've copied it. Good idea for flavors for a Sunday brunch.

It does look good! We do something similar, but we use regular crumbled sausage and add egg and cheese at the end. Making me hungry!
I picked a couple of T-Bones yesterday, so we are having Steak Night.

I'm making Macs n Cheese with kielbasa on the side. Good comfort food on a very cold and windy day.

I'm glad you guys like the sound of it! My friend Joanna made it first and she said even her kids gobbled it up like candy. LOL.

Not sure yet. Gonna play with a recipe in my schlemmertopf. So it will involve chicken, basil, cream cheese and sundried tomatoes
